Building description
Palác Archa is a historically protected building designed by Josef Gočár, a famous Czech architect and founder of Czech Rondocubism. The complex comprises four buildings with separate entrances functionally connected by a quiet green atrium allowing passage between the streets Na Poříčí and Na Florenci. Its location offers great visibility from Na Poříčí street. The total area of the buildings will offer over 30,000 sq m of prime and modern office space and additional complimentary services on the ground floor. The design and layout of the floors can easily cope with the various needs and size requirements of the tenants by allowing different-sized unit mixes. Location description
The administrative project is situated at Na Poříčí street, one of the most frequented non pedestrian streets in the centre of Prague. The location is easily and perfectly accessible by public transportation as well as by car. The tram station commuted by several tram lines is located closed by the
building; the metro stations "Náměstí Republiky" (line B); the railway station and metro access point "Masarykovo nádraží" are in a two minutes walking distance away.
