Building description
The Hagibor project responds to the current situation and trends in the office space market. Offices are increasingly proving to be a place for cooperation, communication and mutual inspiration. They must be flexible, meet the diverse needs of their tenants and provide ample space for relaxation. Of course, it is also important to meet the requirements for a suitable working environment, such as good lighting, acoustics and air circulation in buildings. All office buildings are located around a central pedestrian boulevard. This urban artery is designed from the Želivský metro station through the heart of Hagibor and provides countless opportunities to relax, and take a coffee or a good meal. In spring, when the ground floor of the buildings opens and the interiors of the cafes and restaurants move to the outdoor gardens, the boulevard comes alive with activity and becomes a place where people from different companies and industries can meet and make useful contacts. The Hagibor project will create a "city within a city" with 10,000 users.
Location description
The Hagibor project is located on the border of Vinohrady, Strasnice and Žižkov, near the Želivského metro station. Its location offers the advantages of good accessibility to the city centre, as well as relaxation in the surrounding greenery.
