Building description
The new Smíchov City complex of office, commercial and residential project will tramsform the locality of Smíchov Station into a multifunctional district fulle of greenery. Building Na Knížecí (SM1) is the first office building of the project Smíchov City - North.
Location description
The building is located in an exclusive corner position and will form the main facade of the newly created area / city district. In the future, it is expected that the adjacent bus terminal area will be transformed into an urban building with a park.
